Type of intervention: restoration, renovation and the construction of an underground garage.

Objectives: redistribution of internal spaces and realization of apartments
Architectural and Artistic Intervention: the intervention regards the entire complex; the building’s structure and architecture will be maintained, consolidating and salvaging the characteristic elements of the building. Especially important is the restoration of the frescoes from 1400/1500 on the facade facing Via XX Settembre and the marble-like decorations in the rooms on the first floor. An underground garage will be built under the portion on Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The heating and electrical systems will meet regulations in effect.
