Luster and modern comfort for a premier luxury hotel

The restoration took place on the west side of the hotel complex where the rooms are located. The short lead times for completion required a prompt and safe erection of the scaffolding. On the roof, the sheet metal was replaced with a micro-ventilated system. The façade underwent a conservative restoration of the plaster, bricks, natural and artificial stone elements. The façade elements were carefully cleaned: bacterial colonies disinfected, rust removed and metal parts treated, peeling and flaking corrected, joints grouted and a final protective treatment given. State-of-the-art techniques were used for the restoration work, with products tested and approved by the appointed Superintendence.
