Palazzo Montalban
Creating value in Italy’s downtown areas
Palazzo Montalban, located in Conegliano, was constructed around the beginning of the XVII century and is attributed to the architectural school of Longhena. In 2009, Costruzioni Nord commissioned a restoration of the facade and roofing under the direction of Architect Fabio Nassuato and the realisation by Dottor Group. The principal aim was to conserve and restore the original construction. The original beams and roof tiles were restored and preserved or replaced where necessary while maintaining a homogenous appearance throughout. The ornate façade was thoroughly cleaned and restored to its original brilliance.
