The restoration of Villa Ca’ Zenobio "Il Tempietto"
The villa was built in 1600, near Treviso, on commission by priest, Domenico Biscaro, however it was in 1700 that the religious building was transformed into the noble residential villa, now known as Villa Ca’ Zenobio, the first owner’s name. It was embellished with frescoes by Lazzarini and numerous stuccoes and statues in stone. The count Verità Zenobio also commissioned a marvellous garden amongst the ancient trees on the estate.
